Rachael Maddox is a teacher, mystic, artist, trouble-maker, and 3x author whose values center around Tikkun Olam (repair the world), joyous soul-expression, and collective thriving.
She's the creator of Launch Bestie, a year-long business expansion incubator for radical witches ready to expand their income & impact with soul, strategy, mystical somatics & mischief.
She also hosts the Business Witchery Podcast, where she serves up weekly sermons on world-changing, abundant business and the leadership initiation that goes into building one.
In 2025, Rachael (a Jewish woman) co-organized the Coaching Industry Global Strike & Day of Action for Palestine, mobilizing thousands to stand for human dignity and rights. She circulates 10% of her monthly revenue to mutual aid and charitable organizations.
